Refund policy

At SuperMaxWear, we want you to absolutely love what you order. But we also get it — sometimes things don't work out the way you expected, whether it's a fit issue, a color that looks different in person, or a simple change of mind. That's why we've made our return and refund process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Return Eligibility
You can request a return within [7 days] of receiving your order, as long as:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
  • You have your order confirmation or invoice handy

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Innerwear, socks, and other hygiene-sensitive products
  • Items purchased under a "Final Sale" or clearance category
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration

How to Request a Return
Requesting a return is simple:

  1. Email us at ecomm@meetel.in with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and get back to you within [24–48 hours].
  3. Once approved, we'll guide you through the pickup or shipping process to send the item back to us.

How Refunds Work
Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality check, we'll initiate your refund within [3–5 business days]. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional [5–7 business days] for the amount to reflect in your account.

If you'd prefer, we can also offer the refund as store credit for faster processing — just let us know when you reach out.

Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
We're really sorry if that happened! Please email us at ecomm@meetel.in within [48 hours] of delivery, along with photos or an unboxing video of the product. Once verified, we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — and you won't have to bear any return shipping cost in this case.

Order Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel your order, please reach out to us before it's dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you're welcome to initiate a return once it's delivered.
